Scott Mladenik has a diverse background with 20 years’ experience in commercial brokerage and business sales. Scott is a native of Chicago and relocated to Charlotte in 2010. Prior to brokering he worked for AT&T Capital, World Omni Financial, Ford Motor Company and PHH Vehicle Services. This unique life experience gives Scott the skill set needed in marketing, negotiating, managing relationships, and valuating your business. Scott has extensive experience in real estate valuations and has worked with many owners and financial institutions in this capacity.

Scott’s goal today is to assist business owners with a sound exit strategy that includes maximizing the sales price of the business and real estate with minimal interruptions to business through this process. There is nothing he enjoys more than hearing the successes stories of family business and executing a solid exit strategy.

John McCorkle

John has over 20 years of experience as a business broker. John specializes in exit strategy implementation, mergers & acquisitions, and confidential business listings.

John’s strong skill sets in brokerage are his responsiveness, excellence in negotiation, uncompromising integrity, diverse market knowledge and superior sales strategies.

John is originally from Savannah, GA and has lived in Atlanta, Charlotte, and Asheville, NC for the past 20 years helping clients sell businesses. He is active in the community and has been involved in numerous volunteering and charitable programs. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor adventures, golfing, and he has a passion for offshore fishing

Finding the answer to this question led me to my career path and a Marketing degree from Appalachian State. Growing up I was always impressed by how hard a worker my father (Scott Mladenik) and founder of Carolina’s Business Sales is. No matter what time of day or if it is even a holiday he is constantly grinding, networking, and doing due diligence but this is entirely why he is so successful.

I also have years of experience selling, including in the transportation industry. I understand the complete selling process. I am responsible for lead generation and developing compelling marketing material. When it comes to advertising in today’s world, technology must be leveraged for a comprehensive Marketing campaign. Our team is outstanding at traditional selling skills including connecting to C-level decision makers. Connecting direct with the decision makers is how private companies are sold. I am here to ensure any marketing material exceeds our clients expectations.

Jeanne Swidorski is a dynamic business owner and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in business-to-business sales across the automotive and real estate industries. Known for her commitment to excellence, Jeanne has built a proven track record of success in negotiating complex deals while navigating market trends, economic fluctuations, and risk management to help clients achieve their specific goals.

A Michigan native, Jeanne earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Chemistry from Michigan State University before serving in the United States Army. Her diverse career spans roles in Supply Chain Management within the automotive industry, privacy compliance in the financial sector, and entrepreneurial ventures. Jeanne has conceptualized and launched two successful wholesale and retail bakeries, contributed to a start-up buying consortium for global tire/rubber companies, and launched a thriving real estate investment company.
